What is your lead time?

For basic regular pads, our lead time is 1-3 days. If you're going to customize the package and bigger orders, it will take 10-20 days to complete the order. 

 

Advanced DIY Suture Pad

An upgraded suture pad is designed to make DIY incisions in different widths and depths. It has a thickness of 0.83inches with two mesh layers, which is thicker than the other suture pad on the market, which allows you to customize simulated wounds to suit your own suture practice demand. With mesh layers, this DIY suture pad enables it to be used more than 100 times with the proper use method, which is well-recommended among the suture workshops, suture courses, and CME education schools.

 

Arch Hook & Loop Design for the Skin Suture Pad

The arch idea comes from the feedback from Pro-Health students and nurses in internships. As you prefer, put the wounds at the top of the device, the wounds will be much deeper and larger than the ones you lay flat on the desk. It offers the user a more realistic feel and increases the challenge when closing the tissue under varying degrees of tension. The hook & loop design of this skin suture pad enables the replacement of the skin suture pads, which can help save cost.

Our DIY suture practice pad is tested by professional doctors, medical school teachers & students. The suture practice pad works great and is qualified for educational exams and study practice, teaching demonstration, and practice before starting a real job or residency.

The suture pad is made of Silicone, which is the closest to human body skin texture. If we're not proficient in suturing skills, the silicone material will be broken. A2: We have ISO13485 and ISO9001 auditing reports, and we have SGS testing reports for many o our raw materials. We have FA registration for our medical-related products. 

Q3: Could your company do OEM products? What format does your company usually use if we want to send you our 3D drawings? 

A3: Yes, we could do OEM and ODM according to the Client's requirement. We have our own graphic designer and 3D product designer. We usually use igs, stp, soliwork format.

Q4: What should I do if I want to add my logo to your product? 

A4: You need to send us your artwork in high resolution. Our graphic designer will make a dummy/visual, you just need to approve the final dummy/visual

Q5: What is your delivery time? 

A5: It depends on different products, quantities, and detailed requirements. Usually, the lead time is 20 days - 25 days. If you have a specific delivery date required, please contact our sales and we will try out best to meet it. 
 
Q6: How does your company control the quality?  
 
A6: We have OQ during production in the factory. Our QC will also conduct inline and final inspection for every shipment according to AQL requirements so that we could ensure all the products meet the quality requirements as well as your specific request.
