Feature
 
1. A peak flow meter is an inexpensive, portable, handheld device for those with asthma that is used to measure how well air moves out of your lungs. 
 
2. A peak flow meter can tell you and your doctor:
(1) The severity of your child's asthma.
(2) How well he or she is responding to asthma medicines during a flare-up.
(3) Whether the asthma is getting worse. 
  
3. Getting the best readings - Several steps are important to make sure the peak flow meter records an accurate value:
 
(1) The peak flow meter should read zero or its lowest reading when not in use.
 
(2) Use the peak flow meter while standing up straight.
 
(3) Take in as deep a breath as possible.
 
(4) Place the peak flow meter in the mouth, with the tongue under the mouthpiece.
 
(5) Close the lips tightly around the mouthpiece.
 
(6) Blow out as hard and fast as possible, do not throw the head forward while blowing out.
 
(7) Breathe a few normal breaths and then repeat the process two more times. Write down the highest number obtained. Do not average the numbers. 
  
7. IMPORTANT: Repeat the test if your tongue partially blocks the mouthpiece or if you cough or spit during the test.

Q3: Could your company do OEM products? What format your company usually use if we want to send you our 3D drawings? 

A3: Yes, we could do OEM and ODM according to Client's requirement. We have own graphic designer and 3D product designer. We usually use igs, stp, soliwork format.

Q4: What should I do if I want to add my logo on your product? 

A4: You need to send us your artwork in high resolution. Our graphic designer will make a dummy/visual for, you just need to approve the final dummy/visual

Q5: What is your delivery time? 

A5: It depends on different products, quantity and detailed requirement. Usually the lead time is 20 days - 25 days. If you have specific delivery date required, please contact our sales and we will try out best to meet it. 
 
Q6: How does your company control the quality?  
 
A6: We have OQ during production in factory. Our QC will also conduct inline and final inspectation for every shipment according to AQL requirement, so that we could ensure all the products meet the quality requirements as well as your specific request.
